"Fun course and must take if you want to get into Web3/blockchain world, very knowledgeable professor from the industry. brutally hard exam, cry when you see your exam score (worth 75% of grade, curved btw)"
"S/U class with no homework. And the topics is really interested! Highly recommend."
"S/U course. 30% attendance + 70% 2-page final essay"
"It's not fundamental or organized enough for people with non-coding background."
"Useful. Every week there will be a well-structured assignment with detailed instruction for beginners to easily start with full stack development. "
"The workload is not small if you read through each time's readings thoroughly. And professors will take attendance frequently, while in his class laptops are not allowed. Valuable if you are interested in related concepts and articles."
"Generally a good intro course for privacy concept in information science. The homework is mainly composed of non-coding questions and there are no final project, so the workload is not heavy. Professors didn't take attendance, but will have class content in their homework to improve attendance."
"Prep you well for the on coming spec project, Bill is very nice! His way of taking attendence is also interesting and random."
"A more practical approach to ML topics than AML and MLE. Fills the requirements as well. Spring term only class, and was told the easiest among 3. Used to have canvas quiz occationally, and no Final test, rather a project. Not sure about future sessions tho, as she was trying to change syllabus to replace Final Project with a big percentage Final Test closed book. But we were able to talk our ways out of it."
"Mor is very interesting. Lectures are fun. He does use quiz as attendences tho. However, "it's a maybe that today's quiz will be graded." as he says. Quiz are open 1 page note, and usually 3 MC questions."
"A joint class with Queens College and Parsons. Zoom on Monday evening, and In-person on Wed for CT only. There's a lot of readings avaliable, and lots of guest speakers for the zoom sesions. While readings you can skip, there's a quiz for Wed in person session on them, a short and easy one."
"Great 1cr course, prerequisite for most MBA class iirc. Make sure you attend the class, it matters! Treat this as a super easy version of a MBA business class, which she also teaches at CT. Highly recommend! "
"Intro to DS and ML, 4 big HW + 1 Flexible Final Group Project. Lecture hall style class, no recordings, slides will be shared tho. Overall, creat chill class"
"Great Course to get your feet into 3d modeling and design stuff. Final Project is to design a site map with custom model structures in Unity, and have artists from Rivaa Gallery to review."
